2233/5000 We want to tell you a beautiful story. A
story almost always begins with once, ours begins the present: there is
a group of very determined women who intend to innovate and
internationalize the professional figure of the real estate agent. As
a matter of proposing new things, it is natural that the female
component of the association is to continue, in spite of the objective
difficulties (but so are they accustomed to everyday practice!)
Determined by the fact that it is the first time that competition is
relevant and that times are tyrannical. So
reading the results of an EBNAIP survey on the real estate agent's
professional needs and treasuring everyday practice, he thinks (dreams)
about a project that can provide the training tools needed by the real
estate agent to enter the digital era rather than sharing the project with real estate organizations in Europe.
"The
tool would be the ERASMUS + European program, but the times are now
narrow, a local and European partnership must be built, the real estate
sector is underestimated by the European Union; objectively
the risks of failure are many and so, let's think about it for next
year, "says the FiaipDonna web site funding coordinator: the only man
present in the working group. Of
course, its arguments have not even been taken into account and a
proposal has been drafted that has been shared locally with Fiaip and
other national sectoral stakeholders and subsequently shared with
European partners. The
latter, including all women here, have enthusiastically joined the
initiative and the result was that Fiaip has presented a project called
"Training Models, Professionalism and Curricula of the 3.0 Agent Real
Estate", expiring March 2017 in nell 'within the framework of the European ERASMUS + program (for more
information you can contact the staff of the FiaipDonna website, also
via the Facebook page).
The
project is still in the process of being evaluated, but beyond the end
result, we believe it is a success that we have presented it in the
terms and modes required.
